STEP ONE: Place frozen fruit and orange juice in blender. Follow manufacturer’s directions for blending, or use pre-programmed blender function. Stop and scrape down sides as needed, or add a little extra liquid if blender is having trouble. Taste, and if needed, add a little pure maple syrup to sweeten.
STEP TWO: Serve immediately for soft serve sorbet, or for scoopable sorbet, transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm enough to scoop. Store leftovers in freezer.
