INGREDIENTS
1 bottle of [yellow tail] Bubbles
Green rimming sugar (or white sugar with green food colouring)
1 pomegranate (for seeds)
Pomegranate juice (can be taken from your juiced pomegranate)
INSTRUCTIONS
On a small plate, place the green rimming sugar (you can find this from the baking aisle of your local supermarket or use green food colouring to dye white sugar).
Dampen the rim of champagne flute and lightly dip the rim into the sugar.
Spin the rim so the whole top is covered in sugar.
Add 1 tbsp of pomegranate seeds into the bottom of the flute.
Pour 1-2 tsp of pomegranate juice into the flute (optional).
Pop open the Bubbles and pour carefully into the flute until about an inch under the sugar rim.
